US-based online specialist Invoke Solutions has launched a Media & Entertainment practice, under the leadership of media industry veteran Kathy Alexander.Invoke is known for its online, real-time and large-scale qual market research expertise, and specifically for its Engage suite of applications, which offers a real-time web-based dashboard, housing all clients' project and program data. The new practice provides a suite of tools and solutions to enable media companies to optimize content, develop audiences and build brands using the firm's platform for hosting large-scale online research.
Alexander (pictured) has more than twenty years' experience consulting with media content creators and distributors. She joined the firm as VP of Research & Insights in 2014, having previously run her own media research consultancy, Beagle Insight; and served as Chief Strategist, Television Research at Screen Engine. Earlier, she was SVP at C&R Research, and an Associate at Marshall Cohen Associates.
In her new role, she leads a team which includes David Klein, VP of Product Strategy; Holly Williams, VP of Sales; and Michael Berka, Director of Sales.
