Media and marketing insights firm Ebiquity has appointed Tim Hussain as UK Head of Digital Media, to help the company further develop digital measurement tools and techniques.
Founded in 1997 as Thomson Intermedia, Ebiquity comprises an Analytics division, offering media buying measurement and benchmarking, and performance measurement; and a 'Platform' division which provides media monitoring products. Hussain (pictured), who previously served as Director of Digital Strategy at multiscreen ad company Collective, joins Ebiquity's Media Value Measurement practice. During his fifteen-year career in digital media, he has also held roles in business and product development at Sky and AOL, while sitting on the VOD Council at Thinkbox and Mobile Leadership Council at IAB UK.
In his new role, Hussain will report to Neil Duncan, MD of UK & International Media, who comments: 'With the continued industry challenges around viewability, fraud, and the role of digital within the media mix, Tim's expertise will be invaluable in developing our digital product offering and advisory service'.
Separately, Federica Aperio, former Head of Digital at Ebiquity North America, has joined the company's global marketing auditing business FirmDecisions, in the newly created role of Managing Director, Digital.
