DIY research software firm Qualtrics and MR technology developer iModerate have announced a partnership. Clients of the two can now use the latter's moderated one-on-one conversations to expand on feedback from a Qualtrics survey.
The partners say the deal will allow users to capture 'authentic' customer language, bringing audiences 'to life' with verbatims and anecdotes; and give context to respondents' decisions, opinions and behavior.
Shane Evans, Head of Partnerships at Qualtrics, comments: 'The partnership will combine important elements in insight gathering. It will allow our mutual clients to benefit from the synergies of an online insight platform and in-depth, customer conversations'.
