Netherlands-based customer feedback specialist Mopinion is set to expand, after receiving an undisclosed amount of investment from Capital Mills. The funds will be used to further develop Mopinion's technology and roll it out to other European countries and the USA.Headquartered in Rotterdam, with an additional office in London, Mopinion offers a software platform to collect and analyse feedback from customers and staff at all the different touch points within an organisation. It also offers Conversion Insights, a product which alerts online retailers when customers abandon the purchase process, and provide insights as to why.
Using the new investment, Mopinion intends to add ten new positions to its current team of twenty by the end of this month. The company is mainly planning to hire new sales and marketing staff, to help with its strategy to move into new foreign markets and respond to demand for its software. Co-founder Udesh Jadnanansing (pictured) comments: 'We think it should be much easier for companies with a digital focus to quickly derive and obtain useful insights from large amounts of feedback. This successful investment round is a perfect example of our strategy. It gives us the means we need to help even more companies to get the most out of online feedback'.
