London-based online communities specialist Verve has brought in two more senior hires at headquarters: former Quadrangle exec Nick Baker joins as MD Research & Consulting, while Emma Beech leaves Lightspeed GMI to become the firm's new VP Operations Europe.
Baker will focus on growing the company, and initially on new propositions making use of existing community panel expertise to help clients get closer to customers.
Beech takes on responsibility for creating and delivering Verve's Operational Strategy, heading up the Operational teams for Europe which include On-boarding, Community Management, Design, Scripting, Data Processing and Quality Assurance.
