Recently-formed London-based communications insight and strategy firm delineate has appointed Erica Buckley as Insight and Digital Director and Helen Bennie as a Senior Consultant.
Founded earlier this year by James (JT) Turner - who is also the CIO of predictive analytics specialist Black Swan Data - delineate uses a proprietary insight approach to help clients identify problems and move to solutions through three steps: define, design, deliver.
Buckley joins after more than six years at Edelman, most recently as VP, Research Director of Edelman Intelligence, driving research, insights and integration of digital into the firm's offering in EMEA. Before this, she was Head of the PR firm's Digital Insights and Analytics Strategy team.
Bennie has more than twenty years' insight experience, and spent the last five as a Consultant with a focus on shopper understanding. Earlier, she was MD of shopper marketing consultancy Believe Full Circle, and she held senior roles at Britvic Soft Drinks and Kimberly-Clark.
Commenting on the new arrivals, Turner said: 'It is great to have both Erica and Helen on board, they both bring a wealth of experience relevant to both existing and future delineate clients. 2016 has been our first year as a company, and we've grown and developed a lot - I'm looking forward to the opportunities 2017 presents'.
