Manchester, UK-based Join the Dots has reported revenue growth of 26%, to £9.8m for 2016, matching its growth rate for each of the two previous years.
The firm, which combines primary research with psychology and behavioural economics and celebrates its 20th birthday next year, grew by 25% in 2014 and 27% in 2015. Last year's milestones included the opening of a Singapore office and the introduction of a range of new media-based techniques to combat 'communications saturation'.
Of the latest results, MD Quentin Ashby (pictured) says: 'Our comprehensive 2020 business plan has heavily influenced our strategy for 2017 and helped us achieve another great year of innovation and growth. Our growth plans are all about continuing to find great people to join us and deliver quality work. Our dedicated Talent Team is helping us achieve this and we're now a 137-strong team across our Manchester and Singapore offices, with further overseas expansion plans in the pipeline'.
Recent additions to its team include Senior Research Executives Lucy Hampson, joining after three years at Blueprint Partnership; former Millward Brown exec Covie Williams; and Jessamine Hopkins from Harris Interactive.
