In New York, video ad technology and targeting company Tremor Video has promoted Katie Evans to the newly created role of Chief Operations Officer.
Tremor Video's marketplace offers a spectrum of video ad products and services, including programmatic buying and selling, and analytics that connect the two. The firm's enterprise video-analytics division VideoHub provides clients with a simple way to buy, verify and analyze the effectiveness of video ad campaigns - and was the first video ad platform to integrate with Nielsen's Online Campaign Ratings. In 2015, the firm was accredited by the Media Rating Council for a number of metrics including its video viewable impression measure.
Formerly the SVP of Operations & Strategy, Evans has spent seven years with Tremor Video - her roles have included overseeing advertising operations, client services, product marketing, yield, programmatic, and the creative teams. Her new role includes responsibility for the alignment of the company's global strategy, roadmap and processes.
Paul Caine, Interim CEO, comments: 'Katie's leadership has contributed directly to the diversification of our business, most notably the successful roll out of our leading global SSP. Katie is a trailblazer, consistently supporting innovation in every aspect of our business, and has played a large role in our current success. I'm excited to work with her and the rest of our incredibly strong leadership team as we continue our company's growth'.
