UK-based full service agency MindMover has hired Alan Hargreaves to head its Operations team, and to roll out a new software programme which includes a self-serve platform. The firm has also appointed three further members of staff.
Formerly known as TPoll, MindMover specialises in creating online customer panels and combining research techniques with its in-house IT systems. Hargreaves (pictured) joins with more than twelve years' market research operational and commercial experience. He has worked with a wide range of methodologies, specialising in both qual and quant online research, and community/panel management. Most recently, he worked for Ipsos, Synovate and Research Now.
In addition, the company has appointed former Verve AD Zoe Hallam as Associate Director, working across a range of MindMover's current and new clients, and heading a team of five researchers. Amy Courtney joins as Research Manager working across two core accounts, after working both client and agency-side for Breaking Blue and Redbridge Council; and Zoe Beales joins the research team as Senior Research Executive, having previously worked in the Retail team at Verve.
CEO Mark Ursell comments: 'I am really excited to welcome Alan, Zoe, Zoe and Amy to the team. They will play a vital role in delivering our expanded offer to clients of self-serve software through to full service communities that put the customer at the heart of their business'.
