Creston's Unlimited Group has combined its customer journey specialist EMO and customer relationship marketing agency The Real Adventure, to form a new Bristol-based business called Prophecy Unlimited.
The Unlimited Group was formed in 2014 to bring together a range of integrated technology, brand and consultancy services from Creston's advertising, PR, social media and digital marketing firms, and its research and insight agencies. The new division, Prophecy Unlimited, will focus on applying insight, creativity, data and technology to predict changes in customer behaviour. The group says by launching the business in Bristol, it is aiming to break out of the London-centric 'Soho-bubble'.
Peter Brown (pictured), formerly EMO Unlimited MD, becomes CEO of the new agency, while Matt Hardy, formerly Digital Director and Joint MD at The Real Adventure Unlimited, becomes its Chief Technology Officer. Ian Bates, formerly Creative Director at The Real Adventure Unlimited becomes Prophecy Unlimited's Creative Director; and Beth Pope, former joint MD at The Real Adventure Unlimited, takes on a broader role as Chief Client Officer for Unlimited Group clients.
Tim Bonnet, Chairman of the Unlimited Group, comments: 'The creation of Prophecy Unlimited sees two great agencies coming together to create a best-in-class offering that explores every aspect of a customer's interaction with a brand. It's timely, it's got scale, and it's one of the biggest agency offerings outside of London at a time, post-Brexit, when clients require true insight into the views and behaviours of the entire UK population'.
