Social media intelligence firm Brandwatch has launched an enterprise-level solution called Quick Search, to help users instantly segment all social media data.
The Brighton, UK-based firm, which was launched in 2007 and has additional offices in New York, San Francisco, Berlin, Paris and Singapore, archives millions of social media conversations each day and provides users with the tools to analyse them. Earlier this month, it acquired content marketing and influencer identification platform BuzzSumo, which provides data-driven content discovery and performance analytics, and offers access to a database containing social media sharing data for 'almost every article' published in the last five years.
The new Quick Search feature enables marketers to search through millions of online conversations, with no need for spreadsheets, formulas or Boolean operators. According to the firm, the feature offers the fastest and easiest way for clients to find insights in their data. CEO Giles Palmer (pictured) comments: 'We looked at our customers and discovered something. You wouldn't search the web without a search engine, so why should you analyse the web without a search engine. That's why we've built Quick Search. To make difficult social data analysis search-bar simple'.
