In the US, digital ad management platform Sizmek has partnered with DoubleVerify, comScore and Integral Ad Science, to help advertisers measure HTML5 video.
Sizmek's data-driven ad management solution MDX delivers multiscreen digital campaigns, including mobile and social media, via display, video and rich media. The firm's new Verification API framework for HTML5 video provides a unified tracking system, which it says saves time and avoids errors when compared with manually wrapping and sending tags back and forth between technology providers and publishers.
Tapping the new API, partners can integrate directly within the Sizmek ad-serving infrastructure, enabling agencies and advertisers to use the technology provider of their choice to ensure only ads that meet advertiser expectations for brand safety, ad fraud, and/or geo-compliance are served, and all others can be blocked. It also offers a way for advertisers to ensure their ads are viewable and seen by real consumers.
