Online qual software and services provider Dub has launched a mobile research app called Tandem, to help capture respondents' in-moment thoughts and feelings.
With offices in London and Los Angeles, Dub provides online research communities (MROCs) and ad hoc online qual and knowledge management solutions to market research agency clients. The new Tandem platform offers multiple methods to frame research questions in creative ways - including capture of contextual video, picture and text-based responses from up to 50 participants.
Functionality includes live chat, automatic prompts and nudges, and templated communications. A user dashboard provides management of participants and data, enabling activities and messaging to be pre-loaded in advance of going live. Data including video, audio, and text responses can be tagged and extracted, with key material from the study available for use in various formats.
Dub - which is online at www.dubishere.com - says there are 'many more exciting launches planned for 2018'.
