Research technology companies ZappiStore and Voxpopme have announced a partnership which will add the latter's video response options to the former's automated insights platform.
Users of ZappiStore's Creative suite will now be able to add open-ended video responses to their research projects - and access Voxpopme analytics which identify key themes in the content. The service will be available in the USA and UK this month, and from June this year in ten further markets.
