Glasgow, Scotland-based personalised content and viewer insights provider ThinkAnalytics has appointed Gabriel Berger as Chief Executive Officer, based in its Los Angeles office.In addition to its flagship search and recommendations engine, which the firm says now serves more than two billion recommendations every day, ThinkAnalytics also offers a customer and video insight data platform ThinkInsight, and a video analytics platform, ThinkBigData. Berger (pictured) joins with more than twenty years' media and broadcast tech sector experience. Most recently, he was EVP, Sales and Operations at Vubiquity (prior to its sale to Amdocs); and before this he served SVP Sales at Digitalsmiths, where he led the team responsible for securing contracts with video services providers, until the firm's sale to TiVo.
