Mobile survey solutions provider OnePoint Global is to introduce a 'free' mobile toolkit including SMS survey invites, responsive online / mobile web surveys and a 'rapidly customizable, ready-to-use' survey app.
OnePoint offers SaaS mobile survey solutions allowing them to be 'taken on any device, in any country, in any language - anytime, anywhere'. Last month, the firm launched a 'pay-as-you-go' pricing model, enabling users to access its products with no licence fee or fixed term contract. Aimed at both client-side researchers and agencies, the new 'Market Research Toolkit' combines several of the firm's core products, including its SMS Invitations product which it says has been shown to treble response rates to online surveys.
On signing up for a free account, users will be able to experiment with the toolkit, paying only for outbound SMS messages and survey responses. Users can also trigger surveys or capture location data with geofencing and use QR Code and barcode scanning. Chief Research Officer, Tim Snaith (pictured) comments: 'Researchers don't need to change software providers to achieve better results. Using our software alongside their own will give them higher response rates in shorter timescales. Our clients have proven that you don't need to invest heavily to engage more of the people you're targeting'.
