Programmatic sample platform Lucid has hired Martino Roselli as its new SVP of Customer Experience in the Americas.
Lucid offers sample platform Fulcrum and a digital marketing tool Proof, and has expanded rapidly, securing $60m in an investment round just over a year ago, for use in recruitment and further product development.
Roselli (pictured) brings more than 27 years of technology experience, most recently from cyber security collaboration platform Security Colony, where he was Chief Revenue Officer. Before this he was part of Senior Leadership teams at Tibco, SAS Institute, IBM Risk Analytics, and BAE Systems Applied Intelligence. His new role takes an overview of all aspects of Customer Experience for Lucid's traditional product offerings, with a remit to strengthen customer relationships while continuing to drive rapid revenue growth in the sample-buying side of the business.
COO Andy Ellis comments: 'Martino has unparalleled experience in growing strong relationships within technology companies. At Lucid, the quality of our customer relationships is of primary importance to us. We are thrilled that Martino has chosen to join us as we continue to grow'.
Online at www.luc.id, Lucid was founded in 2010 and now employs over 200 market research and technology experts. It is headquartered in New Orleans with offices in London, New York, and Gurgaon.
