Scottish firm TVSquared, a specialist in ad measurement and optimization, has expanded to Australia with the opening of an office in Sydney.The company offers a same-day television attribution analytics platform, Advantage, which is used by more than 700 brands, agencies and networks in over 70 countries to measure, optimize and demonstrate TV campaign ROI. It recently added real-time spot detection and SearchSync to its product suite, to detect when a TV spot runs. Already with offices in Edinburgh, London, New York and Los Angeles, in November the company acquired German television ad tracking specialist wywy, since when it has raised another $8m in funding to accelerate its expansion.
Praful Desai (pictured) has been hired to head up the new TVSquared Australia, as Business Development Director. He joins after fifteen years in analytical leadership positions within the Dentsu Aegis Network, most recently as the Head of Data and Analytics for Vizeum Australia. Jo Kinsella, Chief Revenue Officer and EVP, comments: 'TVSquared has grown exponentially in the last few years, which speaks volumes about the efficacy of same-day TV analytics for driving sales and ROI.
