Stockholm-based affluent sample provider Altiant has appointed online fieldwork specialist Richard Roig as Vice President of Client Servicing in its London office, while adding a further four members of staff to its Operations teams in Sweden and Bulgaria.
Previously known as Red Carpet Research, Altiant enables large scale, quant market research for clients in the luxury goods and wealth management sectors; provides validated affluent and high net worth (HNW) sample through its proprietary panel LuxuryOpinions; and offers access to a suite of fieldwork solutions. Roig (pictured) joins with twenty years' MR industry experience, including fifteen in online fieldwork services. Most recently, he was Director at Research Interactive, where he worked for nearly eight years. Before this, he held several management roles including Head of Strategic Relationships at the Id Factor, and worked with Ipsos Interactive's Operations and Panel teams. He began his career at Research International.
In his new role, Roig will oversee strategic client projects, and drive the firm's servicing strategy, assessing new technologies and methods to meet clients' research requirements.
Emelie Ingvarsson has joined as Product Development Manager in Sweden, to assist in the technical development of the LuxuryOpinions community platform. In Sofia, Bulgaria, Miroslava Boeva joins the Global Panel Recruitment team to support the growth of the panel; Mariya Boycheva takes up the role of Support & Validation Coordinator; and Atanas Kostadinov joins as Project Manager.
CEO and founder Lars Long comments: 'This hiring boost adds both customization and scalability to our core service offerings. This enables us to be even more relevant in the international and fast growing context of affluent fieldwork. Our clients, recruitment partners and panellists all stand to benefit immediately from this phase of growth'.
