Sprinklr Continues Rapid Revenue Growth

Unified CX management platform Sprinklr has reported continuing strong growth, in financial reporting for the third quarter. Revenue rose 18% to $186.3m.

Ragy ThomasThe rise was the result of a 22% increase in subscription revenue, to $170.5m. The firm's much smaller professional services business shrank slightly from $17.3m to $15.9m. The company also turned an operating loss of $4.6m in Q3 2022 into income of of $13.2m in Q3 2023 - in non-GAAP, adjusted terms it saw a big increase from $6.9m to $27.4m.

For the full fiscal year ending January 31st 2024 the company forecasts total revenue between $725.5m and $727.5m; and non-GAAP operating income between $80m and $82m.

Founder and CEO Ragy Thomas (pictured) says of the results: 'We had another solid quarter across the board with record levels of profitability supported by strength in our Sprinklr Service product suite'.
