Promotion and Hires at OvationMR

In the US, OvationMR has recently made three appointments: Alex Sutter has been promoted to VP of Qualitative Insights while Cara Christensen and Hiram Santiago join the company, both with the title of Director, Insights Solutions.

Cara Christensen, Hiram Santiago and Alex SutterOvation is headquartered in New York, was founded in 2016 and provides market research audiences and insights worldwide. Last month it agreed to acquire Indianapolis-based, AI-driven qual platform Qualibee.

Sutter (below right) was previously managing operations at the new Qual Division the company opened in the fall of 2022, and his role has now been expanded to give him P&L responsibility for the group and responsibility for the company's Global Qual Sales and Operations, including qual research that falls under its full service group offerings. Before joining the company in May 2022 he spent three and a half years as Director of Client Development at Curator Video Research.

Santiago (pictured top right) spent nine years in an account management role at a subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway before joining Dynata as a Senior Account Manager in 2011 - a role he held for ten years. He then spent a year apiece in similar roles at Pollfish and YouGov before joining Op4G in 2023 as Director of Client Success.

Christensen (above left) has recently worked in Director and VP roles at three research firms, The ISA Group, InnovateMR and ReconMR, and earlier in her career was the senior partner of an event planning and entertainment booking agency on the west coast.
