New Leader for Market Decisions

US-based Market Decisions Corporation recently promoted Michael Oilar, a Partner and 20+ year veteran with the company, to President, freeing founder Philip Cartwright to concentrate on his role as Chairman of the Board.

Oilar, who joined the company in 1985, remains an active Account Executive and Focus Group Moderator, serving clients including Microsoft, Cisco, Intel, Warn Industries and Blount. He is a native of Roseburg, Oregon and a graduate of Willamette University.
