UK-based agency Nunwood has appointed three Senior Account Directors - Gill Redfern, Kathryn Boxall, and Ann Thompson - to its Global Insight team.
Redfern has experience of brand strategy, new product development, advertising and retail research. She has worked in various sectors, with brands including Tesco, Matalan, Nestle, Masterfoods and Crayola.
Boxall joins the company following a seven-year spell at GFK NOP, where she specialised in international telecoms and technology research. Her areas of expertise are customer satisfaction insight and new product development.
Thompson has more than 23 years' industry experience, and has worked with Nestle, Advertising Principles, and more recently GratterPalm as the company's Planning Director. She has extensive experience in food and retail, and specialises in primary consumer research. At Nestle, she was responsible for the company's research approach in the Middle East and Asia.
Commenting on the appointment, Nunwood's CEO Clare Bruce, explained that the appointments are designed to support broader changes within the company: 'At the start of this year we took the bold decision to merge our qualitative and quantitative units, to create new divisions incorporating full service client teams. In effect we have changed our entire business structure in order to provide a unique, dynamic, commercially grounded insight service.'
