US data collection agency Western Wats will formally introduce an online panel service, Opinion Outpost, at next week's annual Advertising Research Foundation's (ARF) conference.
Opinion Outpost extends the company's data collection capability to include an in-house Internet panel. Western Wats has been programming, hosting and reselling e-panel for more than 20 years. Opinion Outpost joins a suite of offerings already including phone, web and IVR.
Opinion Outpost Director, Troy Lauritzen, comments: 'Creating and managing our own panel was really a natural step for us as a company. We are really delighted with Opinion Outpost and believe it will be well received at the conference.'
