Word of Mouth Association Names Board

The Word of Mouth Marketing Association (WOMMA) has elected its first Board of Directors, with researchers well-represented. They include Laurent Flores, CEO of crmmetrix; Ed Keller, CEO of The Keller Fay Group; and Pete Blackshaw, CMO of Nielsen BuzzMetrics.
WOMMA says the new Board 'represents the wide diversity of companies that have embraced the consumer-driven power of word of mouth marketing. Major brands, marketers, agencies, researchers, word of mouth specialty firms, and top experts have joined together to lead the fastest growing segment of the marketing world.'
