UK-based agency Nunwood has promoted Andrew Wiseman to Director in its expanding Market Analytics offering, and appointed Marco Guida to the same team. The company has recently launched a customer value modelling service and an advanced mystery shopping analytics service.
The division comprises mathematicians and econometricians with a mix of theoretical skills and commercial problem solving experience. The customer value modelling service links feedback on customer experience with insights on where investments should be focused to deliver the greatest financial return. The mystery shopping offer provides statistical solutions to deliver efficient resources from mystery shopping programmes.
Wiseman spent eight years in modelling and analytical functions at ACNielsen, latterly in its Advanced Analytical Consulting division, before joining Nunwood in 2004 as Head of Quantitative Services. His work at ACNielsen included the development of models to assess the longer term benefits of advertising.
Guida joins as a Statistical Analyst. He graduated from University 'La Sapienza' in Rome with an MSc in Statistics.
