Lightspeed Adds Two VPs

Lightspeed Research has strengthened its North American executive team with the addition of Nancy Kienzler as VP of Research Operations and Francesco Colbertaldo as Senior VP of Business Development.

Kienzler, who started her research career conducting mall-intercept interviews, joins from Roger Green and Associates, where she worked as Vice President and Director of Operations. She previously headed up Online Client Services within the Operations team at NOP World, after spells in operations management at Lieberman Research Worldwide and ASI Entertainment. She received her B.A. from Harvard University and her M.A. from the University of Southern California.

Colbertaldo joins from GfK Market Measures where he was Vice President and led the Specialty Market Business Development Team. He worked previously in business development and account management for pharmaceutical and biotech companies at Wolters Kluwer (formerly NDC Health). Earlier in his career he worked at IMS Health, The Mount Sinai Medical Center and HIP New York. He began his career in Europe in pharmaceutical and insurance product management, and holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Florence, Italy.

North American CEO Karen Rabinowicz says Lightspeed will benefit greatly from the pair's client services focus and operational expertise. Both will be based at Lightspeed Research's Basking Ridge, NJ office, and report directly into Rabinowicz.
