Synovate has promoted Ignacio Galceran from Executive VP to CEO of Latin America, responsible for operations in Mexico City, Sao Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Buenos Aires and Miami. Elsewhere, Susanna Lam joins the agency as AD, Media Research based in Hong Kong.
A native of Argentina, Galceran has extensive experience in global research and consulting projects including the development of analytical models for brand strategy, personal values and life-stage segmentations. He holds a master's degree in Survey Research from the University of Connecticut.

Lam has spent the last nine years as Director of Communication Insights, Greater China for media agency OMD. She will work with clients across Asia and will report in to Craig Harvey, Director, Media Research - Asia Pacific, who says Lam's arrival follows increasing demand from clients for consistent multi-country media research, and will help deliver a 'strategic edge' for clients.
