Research-focused marketing services group, Munro Global, has added to its MR portfolio with the acquisition of Buckinghamshire-based agency, Maven Research.
The group, which was launched last summer, already includes customer satisfaction and mystery shopping specialist FDS international, and face-to-face agency acefieldwork. Following the latest purchase, group turnover is expected to exceed £10million in 2007.
Maven was established in 1991 to conduct customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction and employee engagement surveys. Explaining how Maven fits with Munro Global's core values, Richard Hepburn, Chief Executive of Munro, said: 'Maven has an impressive, long-standing blue chip client base, alongside a skilled, experienced and motivated workforce, and it provides an excellent addition to our group. We will look to fully exploit a number of leading-edge technology and consultancy solutions developed within the Maven business for the benefit of clients across the wider Munro group.'
Maven will be run as a separate entity with Kathryn Lewis remaining in her role as Managing Director. The acquisition will not affect Maven's 50 employees.
