UK-based eDigitalResearch has launched eDigitalCommunities, a service offering help to businesses setting up interactive forums to collect feedback from their web site visitors.
The new service provides a platform where users can air independent views, opinions and comment, as well as respond to or rate the relevancy or accuracy of other members' posts, and set up their own online profile.
Michelle Fuller, Director of eDigitalResearch, explains: 'A unique feature of eDigitalCommunities is that users can be encouraged to add their feedback via free text responses and online surveys, thereby increasing the feeling of two way survey participation.'
All responses are added to the eDigitalResearch reporting and analysis system, to enable customer profiling and verbatim question breakdowns.
eDigitalResearch was established in 1999 to provide web based research tools that provide instant feedback and measurement of user opinions, customer satisfaction, loyalty and web site usage. The firm has also developed eMysteryShopper, eCustomerOpinions and eGlobalPanel to gather real-time information on site usability and user experience. The company's home page is www.edigitalresearch.com .
