Synovate Promotes Architect of UK Growth

Synovate has promoted Michelle Norman to CEO of its UK business. As UK MD since 2004 she has presided over the integration of its businesses in the country, including a number of acquisitions.

Synovate UK has grown from 39 to 465 people in five years, and Norman recently drew up a new strategic plan including the relocation of all local teams to one single property in the New Year.

Norman says the last five years have 'definitely been the most exciting period of my career' and that she is 'equally enthused about the next five years'.
