Thomas Joins RP Cushing to Expand Division

Damon Thomas has joined UK MR specialist RPCushing Recruitment as Head of its Analysis and Information division. The firm says it aims to double the division's size to eight consultants by the end of the financial year.

Thomas spent the last six years as General Manager at Elizabeth Norman International. He has a Masters degree in marketing and also spent more than six years working in the financial services marketing sector. He says of his new role: 'Having worked in the market research sector for some time I have always been aware of RPCushing Recruitment as a leading player and have watched the firm's exponential growth in the past year. I'm genuinely excited to be on board and to be able to apply my knowledge of recruitment in the strategic insight market to Analysis and Information, which is a key growth area.'
