Online MR supplier Livra Panels has added eight new Latin American panels to its existing six, and says it can now reach more than a million active Spanish and Portuguese-speakers.
The new panels are based in Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Peru, Puerto Rico and Venezuela. The firm's existing six panels are in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Mexico, Spain and Portugal.
Joana Lacerda, Livra's Partnerships and Global Sales Director said that the expansion is a logical step towards the firm's objective to become a 'one-stop-shop' for the region. 'We hope that research agencies around the world understand that online research in Latin America is the way to go,' she commented.
Livra has also designed a new system which automatically completes panelist profile information. According to Lacerda, this allows the firm to target a much larger panel according to official socio economic level classifications and other characteristics.
Founded in Buenos Aires in Argentina in 1999, Livra now has a global sales office in London and employs staff in Brazil, Mexico and Portugal. The company undertakes a wide variety of projects such as concept evaluation, market feasibility, segmentation/targeting and customer satisfaction studies on behalf of market research and advertising agencies, and blue-chip clients.
