Partners Launch SEM Dashboard

Three US-based online marketing firms - SEMDirector, DoubleClick and WebTrends - have joined forces to offer a 'global dashboard' for search marketers in large firms to analyse their search strategies.

Following six months of development work, San Diego-based search marketing firm SEMDirector is integrating its Paid Insight tool with DoubleClick's DART Search product for keyword performance tracking and multi-level campaign analysis. WebTrends will integrate its WebTrends 8 Web analytics and marketing intelligence system with both the SEMDirector Paid Insight and SEMDirector Organic Search campaign automation tools for behaviour-based search analysis and tracking.

According to Russ Mann, CEO of SEMDirector: 'By partnering with DoubleClick for paid search campaign management technology, and WebTrends for its analytics, we can offer clients a single access point of information for measuring campaign success.'

Tore Steen, VP Business and Corporate Development at WebTrends added: 'Combining our core strength in analysing individuals' web site interactions with SEMDirector's performance management technologies will build a competitive advantage for all types of marketers.'
