Sampling solutions provider Survey Sampling International (SSI) has appointed three new VPs to strengthen its global operations. Kim Giangrande will manage Global HR; Suresh Subbiah, Global Client Services and Delivery; and Harold Kelley, Global Marketing.
Giangrande has seventeen years' business and human resource leadership experience, most recently as VP, Human Resources at Mailroom Services and Hasler Inc., including operating companies of Paris-based Neopost SA. She worked previously at Physicians Health Services Inc. She holds a bachelor's degree in human resources and health care management, and earned the designation of senior professional in human resources from the Human Resource Certification Institute.
Subbiah is charged with leading the implementation of SSI's global client servicing model. He joins from Global Market Insite (GMI) where he was MD of Global Operations and built the firm's global operations practice. Prior to that, he worked in marketing and analysis with National Auto in the United Arab Emirates. He holds two master's degrees from the University of Madras in India, and one from Clarkson University in Potsdam, N.Y.
Kelley brings more than 25 years of dedicated marketing experience. He was previously VP, Sales and Marketing for web site and email testing firm Conversion Multiplier, to whose US relaunch he was a key contributor. He also spent ten years at IBM in global marketing management roles and two as European manager for its customer relationship management program. He holds a bachelor's degree in business and marketing from the University of Massachusetts.
