In the US, IDG-owned publications PC World and Macworld have appointed Jessica Lilie as VP, Strategic Intelligence - a new position in which she will lead the brands' market research efforts through their online and offline platforms.
Lilie was previously VP, Consumer Insights and Market Intelligence at BabyCentre, the online resource for new and expecting parents. Prior to this, she served as Sales Development Director and Associate VP, Business Intelligence at tech publisher CNET. She also previously worked at Ziff Davis Media as Research Director at both the corporate and brand level. Lilie holds a Master's degree in Communications Research from the Annenberg School for Communication at the University of Pennsylvania, and a BA in English and American Literature from Brandeis University.
