Ipsos has strengthened its US Loyalty division with the appointment of Matt McNerney as President. Most recently, he served as President of TNS North America Client Solutions.
McNerney also takes a seat at Ipsos Loyalty's global management table. He joins with a broad range of experience: at TNS, he was responsible for 50% of the firm's North American revenues, achieving record revenues and profit levels in six of the eight business units.
