TNS has appointed David Kieselstein as CEO for North America, responsible for the US and Canada Custom Research businesses. He joins from D&B where he was General Manager of the Small Business Credit Division.
Kieselstein started his career at Time Inc. in 1989 in Consumer Marketing and latterly became President and CEO of the Personal Finance Group of magazines, and then for the Parenting Group of magazines. After this, he led the creation of a large scale, centralized direct marketing group which managed acquisition marketing for all Time Inc magazine divisions. He has an MBA from the Kellogg School at Northwestern and an undergraduate degree in economics.

Kieselstein joins the firm at the end of the month, and will be located in TNS's North America headquarters office in New York.
