Stephen Hughes, formerly EU Commercial Director for CfMC, has joined recently launched Cint UK as Sales Director.
Based in the firm's new offices in Tottenham Court Road, London, he joins MD Richard Thornton and Account Manager Kevin Pickett.
Hughes joined US-based research software developer CfMC in 2004, charged with growing and maintaining the company's European presence, and selling its service bureau offering. Prior to this, he was Marketing Manager for UK MR association the BMRA.
Stockholm-based Cint specializes in web-based SaaS solutions and has been expanding its operations across Europe and the US during the last year with the opening of 8 new offices. Its core offering is Cint Panel Exchange, an open marketplace for conducting online research where panel owners and sample buyers can buy and sell access to panellists, launched in 2004. The company now has over 1.5 million panelists in more than 30 countries, and in addition to Sweden has offices in the US (Atlanta, New York, Seattle), the UK, Russia, Germany, Spain and Denmark.
