Carola is an experienced innovator and passionate marketeer who has worked for more than 15 years on brand identity, portfolio architecture and innovation issues within the food and beverage industry. She has held marketing positions on different local and global levels at Kraft Foods, The Coca-Cola Company, Danone and Sara Lee. She has also gained experience as a marketing and innovation consultant to FMCG clients including Ahold, DSM, Organon and Spadel.

Carola loves challenges, is passionate about innovation and growth and believes that great marketing is the right mix between structured thinking, creative energy and juicy insights. A native of Argentina, Carola's love for food and innovation goes beyond her professional environment: she enjoys cooking with friends and family, and she will publish a cookbook in September 2010.

She holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the Universidad de San Andrés in Argentina and an international MBA from Nyenrode University in the Netherlands.
