
Ipsos has appointed luxury brand specialist Bertrand Ternat as Associate Director in its Luxury practice in Hong Kong, where he will lead the in-store performance practice.
Ternat (pictured) has spent the past decade working in Europe, North America and Asia, delivering insights for retailers and luxury brands, with a focus on in-store service delivery. Most recently, he worked for luxury brand researcher Albatross Global Solutions as Business Unit Manager, in charge of the firm’s Hong-Kong and Macau operations, and a team of fifteen people. Prior to this, he served as International Area Manager at DIY product specialist GPI-Dinac, where he managed the distribution network in Portugal, Greece, Switzerland, Africa, the West Indies and the Baltic countries.
