TNS has promoted Chhavi Bhargava to the position of Managing Director, India and Sri Lanka. She will take up her new post on 1 January 2014.

Bhargava (pictured), who joined TNS in 2008, has more than 20 years' research industry experience, and previously held leadership roles at both IMRB and Millward Brown. She currently serves as Managing Director for TNS North India.

In her new Gurgaon, India-based role, Bhargava will report to Raghavan (Rags) Srinivasan, Chairman, TNS India, who comments: 'Chhavi has a deep understanding of the Indian market and the needs of our clients. She has tremendous passion and energy and has demonstrated true leadership'.
