
In London, sports broadcast measurement specialist Repucom has appointed SportsPro Editor-in-Chief David Cushnan as Global Communications Manager.

Cushnan (pictured) oversees SportsPro’s entire editorial output, and he was responsible for developing the magazine’s tone and style from its launch in 2008, initially as Features Editor and then Editor. He began his career as a staff writer at Business F1 magazine.
He takes up his new role next month, when he will report to Ilka Wendlandt, Repucom’s Cologne-based Global Head of Corporate Communications, who comments: ‘Having previously worked with David as one of the most renowned industry journalists, his breadth of knowledge within the sports business and in producing high-standard content will be hugely important as we continue our ambitious growth plans.’
