Targetbase, a unit of Omnicom's DAS Group focused on data-driven strategic communications, has promoted Dimitris Tsioutsias to SVP of Advanced Analytics.
The firm combines expertise in database management and analysis, business intelligence, insight-driven communications, and complete campaign design and deployment. Tsioutsias has managed the company's advanced analytics group for the last five years, and now moves into a more strategic role mapping out the function's future within the firm.
Tsioutsias holds a Ph.D. in machine learning and artificial intelligence from Yale University, and is an expert in using behavioral and attitudinal customer insights and predictive analytics from a variety of sources to drive businesses forward. He has previously managed teams in the financial services, insurance and airline industries.
