
London-based insight and strategy consultancy BritainThinks has appointed former ComRes exec Holly Wicks as an Associate Director.
Launched in 2010 by Opinion Leader co-founders Deborah Mattinson and Viki Cooke and their former colleague Ben Shimshon, BritainThinks offers strategic advice for political, corporate and not-for-profit clients, while its
WorldThinks international division has a specific focus on reputation research.
Wicks (pictured) joins after four years at polling and research company ComRes, where she latterly served as Research Team Leader, in charge of the Public Sector and Social Research team. Earlier, she was a Market Research Executive at The Customer Closeness Company. During her career, Wicks has conducted research across the arts, culture, education and sport sectors, and delivered projects for a wide range of clients. She also previously led research into digital influence for the Grantham Research Institute, which won the 2014
MRS Award for Public Policy/Social Research.
