Research and insight consultancy Market Measures has appointed Tobin Sparrow as Research Director.

Sparrow's in-depth quant experience includes particular expertise in Customer Experience research. In his new role, he will lead client accounts and research projects, and work with the leadership team on strategy and business growth. He joins after a year as Research Director at Redblue Research, and prior to this worked for four years at Maru/edr. Earlier in his career he was an SRE at Marketing Sciences and then a Research Manager at Ipsos MORI.
