Members of US-based industry body the Qualitative Research Consultants Association (QRCA) have elected its leadership and Board of Directors for the 2018 - 2020 term.
Not-for-profit QRCA offers access to a network of more than a thousand qual experts, who are involved in the design and implementation of focus groups, in-depth interviews, in-context and observational research, as well as other qual approaches. Earlier this year, QRCA
announced it is opening up its membership to qual researchers who work in-house and at ad agencies.
Tom Rich (pictured), former Vice President, has filled the seat left by former QRCA President Jay Zaltsman, and Board members now include:

Commenting on the appointments, Rich said: 'QRCA has been the leading voice for qualitative research since 1983. I, along with everyone else serving on the QRCA board, am honored to represent our profession.'
