from left: Richard McLeod, Gabriella Cross, Zoe HardingConsumer insights consultancy Netfluential has appointed former Kantar exec Richard McLeod as Commercial Director, and two new graduate trainees - Gabriella Cross and Zoe Harding.

Netfluential specialises in using 'smart digital tools' to find insights and drive growth through brand strategy, innovation and communications. McLeod brings more than 12 years' experience in mixed-method research-based consultancy, focused on brand strategy, communications development, pricing and innovation. Most recently he was Chief Commercial Officer at Kantar in Indonesia, where he spent nearly five years, earlier as Deputy Head and Group Account Director for Kantar Millward Brown.

Cross joins the firm's graduate scheme as Trainee Research Executive, with a First-Class Honours Degree in Psychology & Nutrition from Newcastle University; while Harding also has a first, in Psychology from Loughborough University.
