Consumer and cultural insight agency Flamingo has hired two Senior Partners - Fiona Lovatt in London and Deidre Sullivan in New York.
Launched in 1997, Flamingo examines human behaviour with a culture-led approach, using specialisms including qualitative insight, digital forensics, semiotics and 'futures'.
Lovatt joins after a stint at Kantar, where she served as Senior Director and Head of Innovation, Consulting Division, having previously worked for brand consultancy Mash Strategy Studio (
acquired by Kantar in 2018) as Senor Strategy Director, leading the firm's NYC studio. Earlier, she was Head of Brand & Innovation at innovation consultancy Yourfuture, before which she held senior client-side marketing roles at Magners, Gaymer Cider Company, First Drinks Brands, and the BBC.
Sullivan has more than eighteen years' experience working in strategy and content development for brands, media organisations and entertainment companies such as The Economist, Marriott, and the Upright Citizens Brigade. She will now lead Flamingo's NYC practice, while also working closely with the London office.
