Natalia DykyjIn the US, e-mail delivery and analytics engine SparkPost has appointed Natalia Dykyj as Vice President and Head of Marketing, driving global strategy for corporate, customer, product and partner marketing.

SparkPost says its analytics cover 90% of the world's e-mail footprint, giving companies insight into e-mail deliverability and engagement. Dykyj (pictured) joins from web tech firm Web.com Group, where she served as VP of Brand Management, leading the re-launch of the brand and expansion of acquisition marketing programs. Prior to this she spent seven years as VP of Product at earned media management software and insights specialist Cision, responsible for the strategy, delivery and launch of the firm's global Communications Cloud platform.

In her new role, Dykyj has overall responsibility for all facets of SparkPost's marketing organization, including designing the company's global marketing strategy. CEO Rich Harris comments: 'Natalia brings a wealth of knowledge in marketing and product positioning, and has demonstrated true creativity and entrepreneurial thinking.
